Second day @ Maya started with a blast! We get to eat the pineapple cake we did yesterday and believe me..it's so yummy that we wished we made more yesterday so that we will have unlimited servings! hehehe!

We also had a make up artist..ups..make up student I mean named Fatima and she's and on-line baker of sorts..:)

We're into cakes today and 3 kinds is on the line...Chiffon Cake, Chocolate Cake, and Jelly Roll Cake!! As usual Ms Rory Subida made the demos look effortless in the morning..She didn't even break a sweat! and then after the lunch break it was our turn...

If the first day of class yesterday was timidly quiet, not today!! It's like somebody switched off the mute button and turned the volume on! hahaha! You can sense the camaraderie beginning to peek from the class..armed with one day knowledge of each other, smiles are easier to give out!.Time flies and cake mixtures flying so fast that all the cakes went to the oven in record time! 

And finale....cutting each cake and getting your share! I brought an empty ice cream container that everybody keeps joking about, but in the end I had the last laugh coz it's such a perfect fit for all the cakes I had for take out! hahaha! 

Had a fun day and all the cakes were excellent!! :))
